Plain English first. This policy explains what data NeuroRythm collects, why, how it's stored, and your rights. We don't sell your data. We don't want your data beyond what we need to make the software work and fix problems when they break.

What we never collect:

NeuroRythm is local-first. All your productivity data lives on your device. We don't see it, can't access it, and don't want it. The only data that ever leaves your device is error reports (if you opt in) and community badge sync (if you connect your Communi account).

How we use your data

Data storage and security

Your productivity data is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to our servers.

Registration data and error reports are stored on servers hosted in Australia. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission.

We retain your registration data for as long as your account is active or as required by Australian law. Error report data is retained for up to 12 months.

NeuroRythm is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
